Ingredients
1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
2 cups coconut milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ cup fresh carrot juice
1 pinch ground ginger
2 tablespoons raw almond
Method
Combine all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process until well blended, about 50 seconds or more if needed.
Pour the drink in glasses of your choice and serve right away.
