1/2 cup frozen strawberries, halved
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
2/3 cup soy yogurt, vanilla flavour
2 mint sprigs (spearmint)
Water to max line
Method
Place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, soy yogurt, mint, and water onto the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until combined well.
Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
