This is a recipe that Dr. Oz likes to share with his viewers as one of his favorite way of starting his mornings on the right foot: energetic and revitalized. The green drink is low in calories and rich in fiber, which is just what you need when you are on a diet. For 3 to 4 servings of the green drink you will need two cups of spinach, mint (one bunch), a quarter of celery, half a cucumber, and parsley (half a bunch), along with the following fruits: pineapple, lemon, lime, orange (a quarter of each) and two apples. Use the Nutribullet to blend everything and add water until you reach the desired consistency.
