Kids don’t quite love spinach, but there are ways to hide it efficiently in smoothie, this recipe being one that shows you how. As long as you make sure that the main ingredient has an intense aroma able to hide the flavor of the spinach, any other fruit works.

Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries
½ cup fresh spinach
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 ½ cups milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pinch cinnamon
Method
Mix all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process for 30-40 seconds or until well blended and smooth.
Pour it in glasses of your choice and serve right away.
