Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Method
Combine all the ingredients in your Nutribullet.
Process until well blended and smooth.
Pour the shake in glasses and serve it right away.
