Method:
Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line an 8×8 inch tray with butter paper and grease it with ghee.

- In a large bowl, combine the maida, cinnamon powder, and salt. Whisk well.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- Mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, melted ghee, egg, and vanilla essence in a separate bowl.
- Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Mix and Bake:
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add chopped peanuts and, if desired, dokla or chocolate chips.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the tray and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bars are ready.
Cool and Serve:
- Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the bars cool.
- After cooling, cut into square pieces.
